• Not a final sale item or a custom-made item

If your refund or exchange request is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees, to the original payment method. We may also offer you a store credit or exchange, at our discretion.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for a refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

4. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following items:

• Change of mind after delivery of goods
• Custom-made items
