Refund policy
At Virasit, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 5 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions below:
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- Returned with its original packaging, tags, and labels
- Returned within 5 days of the purchase date
- Not a final sale item or a custom-made item
2. Refund Process
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@virasit.com to initiate the process. We may ask you to provide proof of purchase or other information to verify your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
If your refund or exchange request is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees, to the original payment method. We may also offer you a store credit or exchange, at our discretion. For delivered orders that are eligible for return, the refund will be initiated only after the product is received back and verified at our end.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for a refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
4. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following items:
- Final sale items
- change of mind after delivery of goods
- Custom-made items
- Gift cards
5. Freebie Policy
- Freebies are limited to 1 piece per customer per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Even if multiple freebie items are added to the cart, only one freebie will be shipped per customer.
- Customers will not receive multiple freebie quantities, regardless of the number added during checkout.
- In cases where a customer has paid for more than one freebie item or believes they were charged incorrectly, they must contact our support team at info@virasit.com or +91 9736774600 for review.
- Any approved refund related to freebies will be processed after deducting the actual value of the freebie item shipped.
- Virasit reserves the right to modify or cancel orders that misuse or attempt to exploit freebie offers.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
