1. Take a small amount of Virasit Kesari Ashtagandha Powder on your palm.
2. Add a few drops of water / ganga-jal / rosewater.
3. Mix gently to make a smooth paste.
4. Apply the paste as a tilak on your forehead. 🙏

It can also be used during pooja and for applying tilak to deities, as traditionally practiced.
